Lawrence is a master developer, with over 30 years’ experience in large-scale, mixed-use development in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the CIS. Lawrence is currently Chairman of the URBN group of companies and leads the planning and/or development of projects with an end value exceeding $6 billion. Formerly CEO of the Land Company (now Dubai Properties), he led the conception and planning on three of Dubai’s most significant projects; chief among them the $2 billion Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Prior to that, Lawrence led the commercial real estate development at Hung Kuo Group, the investors that developed Taipei 101, then the world’s tallest building, as well as mixed use projects throughout China and Southeast Asia.
Vusal is a lawyer specialising in international business and cross border trade, with a decade of experience across Russia, Turkey and the UAE. Supporting the Chairman, Vusal leads the management team, resource development and business expansion in addition to government and shareholder relations.
A Project Management Professional, Frazer coordinates contractors and consultants to deliver highly complex projects on time, within budget, and to the quality required. Projects to date include high-end residential, retail and hotels. Frazer holds a masters degree in project management from the Australian National University.
